Our website is intended to be educational. Our mission is to encourage the study of commerce, taxation and technological change in history. We encourage the submission of articles for publication on our website. Submissions should be addressed to H. Elliott Lipschultz at adoniram@taxhistoryfoundation.org. Submissions should be typed in Microsoft word and be no longer than 5-10 pages including footnotes and bibliography. Submissions should be accompanied by biographical and contact information.
